Hypnosis is a tool that when used correctly can give us valuable insight into who we really are and of course, who we are not.  It can also produce powerful results in stripping away years and years of programming from the outside world that we may falsely relate to in terms of who we are. Most of this programming is complete by the time we are just 8 years old, and as a result, our habits and belief systems are absolute by then.

To expand on this idea a little further, let s exam that adage, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” Well, I have news    You can certainly teach an old dog new tricks, yet there’s still some truth to that statement. The neuro pathways of certain habits are so carved into the way we look at life that it can make it difficult to change. Certain beliefs and habits may have even served us well at some point in our lives. If for example you were a child who was excessively picked on in school, who then spent much of the time shying away from others, you may view seclusion as an appropriate survival response. Although it may have been appropriate when you were being attacked as a child, it will no longer serve you well as an adult in the business world.  The distant behavior that has over the years become a personality trait that you have adopted, may make being sociable with people more difficult.

For the world to change, you must change.  Life is not happening to you, but it is happening through you.   I’ve often heard people describe a miracle as a shift in perception and you too can shift your perception of the world and/or life so that it creates a miracle in your own life. When someone perceives, and thus ultimately believes the world to be a certain way, getting them to shift this perception is in and of itself, a bona-fide miracle.

For a person to change, perception must change. So, whether the desired result is to gain more confidence, to stop bad habits, to get over a phobia, or develop new and more healthy habits such as being more affective, managing their time more effectively, being better overall, exercising more etc. In closing, think of Hypnosis as the great catalyst. By itself it does nothing and yet when combined with definitive strategies and affective tools it can become a powerful tool. It makes whatever you want to achieve; faster, better, easier, and more effective.

This app contains so much more. It worth to download. I used to be a negative person, so I download it for some self-help. At the very beginning, I created the positive affirmations in order to get some motivation, and I did get it. Subliminal Messages and Your Health

Hot buttered popcorn. A juicy hot dog. Creamy chocolate. The fizz of an ice cold Coca- Cola. When these images popped up on movie screens in 1957 snack sales soared. The problem was that moviegoers didn’t actually see the images–at least not consciously.  As it turns out, these were the effects of subliminal messaging (i.e. messages perceived below the level of awareness) on behavior.

Today our homes and offices are bombarded with this very kind of messaging–except that we’re the ones sending the message to ourselves. Even though we may not consciously think of the experience or story behind the items in our home, there are subliminal messages in each and every piece of furniture, art, or color. In fact, research indicates the day-to-day effects of such messages on our health and well-being can be profound, for good or ill.

With appreciation for the effects of subliminal messages, I often ask patients to scrutinize their healing environment at home. (Are medical bills and insurance statements stacked up on the bedside table? Is the picture on the refrigerator of you and your teenage daughter a reminder of a happy time?) I encourage this regularly at the cancer center, but I didn’t think to ask Susie, a client of mine, to do the same.

After a few weeks of working with Susie, her panic attacks ceased and she was sleeping through the night, but her cardiac measures remained the same: due to cardiomyopathy, her cardiac output was reduced nearly by half, to only 30% ejection fraction, in addition to a conduction defect requiring surgery to implant a pacemaker).

I realized a key component had been overlooked during our last session together. So, I asked Susie to imagine scanning her home with the detached eye of an observer. What sort of messages had she been sending to herself? As it happened, she and her husband read books, watched TV, and played cards in the living room—where, on either side of the television, on the mantle sat two urns–one for her mother, one for his. Susie decided to relocate the urns, receiving a more life-enhancing message. To our mutual surprise, at her pre-surgery evaluation the following week, she discovered her ejection fraction and conduction defect had improved so much a pacemaker was no longer necessary and she was cleared for international travel.

I saw Susie recently after a regularly scheduled follow-up with her cardiologist and her ejection fraction is now perfectly normal. Simply put: she no longer has cardiomyopathy.

Susie’s story is not an isolated event. Equally impressive are studies with people where large survival benefits are linked with small changes in daily life. So we can start small. We can take a close look at our healing domain, whatever it may be—a house, a room, or a flat. We can experiment. De-clutter, maximize flow, and prioritize. Whether it’s a poem on our refrigerator or a flower in a vase, the television shows we bring into our living rooms or the friends we hang out with, make sure the messages we’re sending affirm the life we want to live.

Hypnosis Induction Script Progressive Muscle Relaxation

The Hypnosis Induction Script Progressive Muscle Relaxation is the easiest hypnotic induction. This induction is simple and reliable, and every hypnotist should know how to do it. Most inductions use some part of this technique.

Progressive relaxation induction is also called the Jacobson relaxation method. The basic progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) technique is to tense and then relax each muscle group, progressing from the head to the feet, while suggesting comfort and letting go.

PMR is quick to learn and will work with everyone, but sometimes can take a long time. Because the client is very relaxed, and mostly unresponsive, it can be difficult to tell when to stop. But with practice you will learn to recognize when they are entering trance. The Hypnosis Induction Script Progressive Muscle Relaxation is good practice for beginners, but there are better hypnotic inductions.

Just speak naturally

The hypnosis induction script Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) does not need any special voice control. When using the script just say the suggestions in your normal voice. Try not to read the script aloud… practice so you don’t have to read it out. The exact words are not important, the continuous flow of progressive relaxation suggestions is.

An induction script needs to be delivered slowly… very gently… suggesting rather than commanding. Watch closely all the time. If they make any movement, comment on it, and say ‘Yes, that’s right, that’s exactly right‘ so they get feedback and reassurance.

Take your time

Time each group of suggestions by speaking only when the listener breathes out. Deliver it slowly – leave the listener lots of time to think about and then act on your suggestions. The progressive relaxation technique might seem incredibly slow to you, but it does not seem slow to your listener. There is nothing wrong with saying nothing for ten or twenty seconds. This allows the listener time to feel the changes taking place inside them. With most hypnosis, silence is the best deepener. Remember that the listener has been told to keep on relaxing and going deeper, so they will use the silences as suggestions to do that.

    Setting achievable goals for yourself is a simple and repetitive route toward larger, more ambitious goals—the kind generally referred to as a five-year plan, or as “dreams.” Goal setting requires both achievement and failure, so it’s important to appreciate both when practicing any new personal or professional discipline.

    The difference between a resolution and a goal is the planning and incrementation needed to achieve one’s objective.

    A New Year’s resolution is only one small step above a wish; it’s an intention with a vague or nonexistent plan, and without documentation or granular attention to detail.

    Goal setting demands a desired result, and could be simply defined as the process of deciding what to accomplish, and then devising a plan. The implication of setting a goal is that we desire change, and in this way, goal setting is an intellectual exercise used to plan for the future and achieve some semblance of our present dreams.

    Resolutions are passive and goals are active.

    The first step toward successful goal setting is an analysis of all aspects of the goal. You want to make sure each goal is worthwhile, and yet the importance of simplicity and repetition in goal setting on a daily basis cannot be overstated.

    Making to-do lists is a fundamental form of goal setting—one without extensive documentation for action, desired outcomes, or detailed analysis. These lists typically include the incremental action items of a larger goal that you’re working toward.

    You can use the SMART goal setting framework for making sure you’re setting goals that are actually achievable. SMART stands for: Specific, Motivational, Action-oriented, Relevant to your situation, and Time-bound.

    Business goals follow the same goal-setting methodology as personal ones: they must be relevant, actionable, and achievable.

    Creating a business action plan will provide you with direction for the coming year or more. Upon completing your plan, you will have a vision statement, a mission statement, and specific business goals to kickstart your action.

    The power of goal setting is in small, frequent motivations and results. Three motivational points to consider further include:

    • Choose goals that are challenging.
    • Choose and monitor both short-term and long-term goals.
    • Keep goals consistent.

    If the goal is too easy to complete, there’s little achievement in it. If you set exclusively easy goals for yourself, you will get bored and fall out of the habit of goal setting. The challenge is what makes results feel worthwhile and self-actualizing, and makes goal setting feel rewarding.

    In terms of business goals, the vision statement is a useful challenge vehicle. It provides the inspiration for both your daily operations and your strategic decisions.

    It’s easy for small, critical actions to fade into the background of a busy schedule, but predetermined daily reminders will help you stay focused on your goals. Reading, meditating, exercising, or starting each day with a personal or business planning session is a great routine to sharpen your discipline for goal setting. These daily habits can exponentially increase your motivation and clarity when setting and achieving goals.

    Be sure your short-term goals don’t contradict or undermine each other, and that they’re consistent with your long-term objectives. An overarching mission, as laid out by your business or personal mission statement, will help you stay on track.     “All who have accomplished great things have had a great aim, have fixed their gaze on a goal which was high, one which sometimes seemed impossible.”

    Results follow goal setting, and they are a reflection of your habits, your motivation, and your focus.
